Does Molly Sims even need an intro?
The model, actress, entrepreneur, mom and podcast host is part of our Mother’s Day series, of course!
You may know Molly from her guest posts on the blog, or her role on Las Vegas or her podcast Lipstick on the Rim.
As a mom of 3, wife, business woman, host and philanthropist, we just had to invite her on for our Mother’s Day series to find out how she stays fit and gorgeous while doing it all.
Let’s welcome Molly Sims back to the blog.

What is your favorite self-care product?
I am religious with my YSE Beauty Deep Down Exfoliating Gel—it seriously feels like a mini facial. I massage it into my skin in the shower, let it sit for two minutes in the steam, then wash it off. I’ve used so many harsh exfoliants in the past, when I was modeling and on set, that would destroy my skin because of how intense they were––so I love that this formula is really rejuvenating and provides a deep clean without disrupting your skin barrier.
Are there any unique ways you use TSC tools?
When I’m really tired and have dark circles under my eyes, I love to put eye patches on and then use the TSC ice roller over the eye patches. I feel like it extra helps with inflammation, and then I’ll obviously use around the rest of the face.
As a busy, working mom, what are your most efficient habit stacks?
Skincare on the go. Eye patches in the carpool line, exfoliating pads in my purse. I’m such a skin snob but have no time to be one, and that’s why YSE Beauty exists. Everything in the line is totally mom-proof.
When you’re on the go, what’s your quick go-to snack/meal to keep yourself nourished?
This is going to sound weird, but I genuinely will do grilled chicken. Sometimes with a hummus pack so I can dip it in that. I recently adjusted my diet to be really high in protein so I try to make sure any snack I have on me supports that.
What’s your favorite workout?
I’ve been going to BURN a lot. They have a few heated infrared studios around LA with a variety of class styles. No matter which one you take, you walk out drenched—but the class itself is still fun, on top of all the skin, mood, and circulation benefits happening.
What’s your everyday ‘uniform’? Is there a cute, comfy set we need to know about?
If I could live in this Logan top and bottom from Jenni Kayne, I would. The silhouette is polished and versatile, and the linen is somehow comfier than a sweat set.
If you had an extra hour to yourself today, what would you do?
Nap.
What’s on your Mother’s Day wish list?
The Bottega Large Hop in black, please and thank you. I hope I said that loud enough for Stuber to hear.
What do you love most about being a mom?
My kids are getting to that age where they’re starting to figure out what they like and what they’re passionate about. It’s always been really important to Stuber and me that they try all kinds of sports and activities, and we made sure they stuck with each one for a while. But now, they’re starting to narrow it down to the one or two things they truly love and want to focus on. It’s just so cool to watch them grow into themselves—their own people with their own personalities.
What’s something you love to do with your kids?
I’m laughing just saying it—but we love to watch cooking shows. It’s become our thing, and my oldest, Brooks, has now taken up cooking because of it. Chopped Junior, Is It Cake—who knows why, but I look forward to it just as much as they do.
I also love to beat them at Uno.
